What do Art of Running lessons look like?

Lace up your running shoes and I will meet you in the park. Your running goals are discussed and your running form is assessed.  Practical exercises are then explored to help you improve your form, build strength, and discover greater ease while running. Healthy running routines specific to your goals and level as a runner can also be discussed if of interest to you. Lessons are 50 minutes long and are for all running experience levels.

Group classes are also available.    

*Jack is a trained Art of Running instructor, as well as an AmSAT certified Alexander Technique teacher.
